The Kitsune Sustainable Intelligence infrastructure is a critical alerting system. Strict adherence to the following protocols is mandatory for all Enterprise Workspaces to maintain network integrity and delivery SLAs.

Commercial Entity Restriction

B2B Service Protocol

"Access to the KSI Platform is granted exclusively to verified business entities for operational purposes."

The Platform is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) service. We do not provide services to individuals, personal accounts, or non-commercial entities. All workspaces must be associated with a valid corporate domain registered to a verifiable legal entity.

Prohibited Registrations

  • Public email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) without associated corporate billing details.
  • Shell companies or entities lacking verifiable physical presence.
  • Affiliate marketers acting as intermediaries.

Traffic Classification

Transactional Only

To guarantee millisecond latency for critical alerts, we enforce a strict separation of traffic types. Our infrastructure is optimized exclusively for System Alerts and Transactional Workflows.

*Attempting to route marketing traffic through transactional relays will result in automatic API key revocation via our AI-driven traffic inspector.

Anti-Abuse Protocol

Zero Tolerance Policy

Kitsune Sustainable Intelligence maintains a Zero Tolerance stance towards Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). We align our policies with M3AAWG best practices to protect the reputation of our global mesh network.

No Purchased Data

The use of purchased, rented, or third-party scraped lists is permanently banned. All recipients must have a direct, prior relationship with the sender.

Complaint Thresholds

Accounts exceeding a 0.08% spam complaint rate are flagged for immediate manual audit and potential suspension.

Identity Verification

KYB and Consent

We employ rigorous Know Your Business (KYB) protocols. Before production access is granted, all workspaces must undergo domain ownership verification (DNS CNAME/TXT records).

Consent Requirements:

  • Double Opt-In (DOI): Strongly recommended for all workflows. Confirmation of consent is required for any non-contractual communication.
  • Technical Compliance: Even for transactional streams, we require List-Unsubscribe headers (RFC 8058) to allow users to mute specific notification types.
